We offer a large selection, with over 75+ options to choose from, including 14K Gold Filled (our most popular), Sterling Silver .925, Solid 14k gold (yellow and white), and specialty chains with varied price and selection.
You'll also find an array of charms and connectors available to add, including birthstones, initials, zodiac signs, and more.
Like any piece of jewelry, it's important to take good care of it!
Here are some tips to keep on shining:
- Wash with warm water, gentle dish soap, or toothpaste and a soft toothbrush until clean. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Use the provided microfiber sheet to keep your jewelry shining like new, and be mindful of harsh chemical exposure and rinse after each exposure (e.g., hot tubs, pools, lotions, perfumes, etc).
- Be cautious of daily exposure to lotions, perfumes, and other beauty products that could cause damage over time. Body pH can also affect your piece.
We recommended and carry two jewelry cleaners including SHINERY — a luxury jewelry cleaning safe for your skin and permanent jewelry!
Not at all. The process and application of permanent jewelry is painless. Please note that this is not a medical procedure, and we do not apply piercings or dermals.
These beautiful permanent bracelets, anklets, necklaces, and rings are so light that you'll barely feel them.
The permanent jewelry application itself takes approximately 5-10 minutes per person, depending on your selection (adding charms, etc.).
We reserve 20 minutes per person to ensure an enjoyable one-on-one experience.
Of course! We will apply as many permanent pieces as you'd like. When booking, please let us know if you desire more than two pieces per person, so we can reserve enough time for your visit.
Yes please! When booking, you will see the option for 1, 2, or 3+ people. We even do private party bookings!
Parties can be held at our studio or your location of choice within a 30-mile radius. Please message us to receive our information packages on events/parties!
The longevity of permanent jewelry depends on your activity level and lifestyle. For most and with proper care, it will only come off when you are ready to remove it yourself (whether that's weeks, months, or years). It's fine jewelry, so while it is welded on, it's not indestructible. Please treat it with care.
The only difference between permanent jewelry and your other jewelry is that there's no clasp. Please see our metal info chart to learn more about the longevity of each metal type (gold filled, sterling silver, solid gold).

At Iris Alcoves we believe in delivering the utmost quality and service to all our customers to ensure a one-in-a-lifetime experience. With that being said, how you take care of your piece determines the lifespan it will uphold. We understand life happens, if enough pressure is applied or if your chain gets caught on something, it can stretch or break.
Please remember permanent jewelry is not indestructible.

Our Warranty:
If it breaks at the weld, the repair is free!
If the chain itself breaks and still fits, you have the option to add an additional jump ring at no charge.
If the chain itself breaks and no longer fits, you will need to purchase either additional chain or a connector to add on.
*If the chain is broken beyond repair, a new one will have to be purchased.

Yes! Fine jewelry is not required to be removed through airport security.
Our expert welding process is safe and designed to ensure the integrity and security of each piece. We adhere to the highest safety standards when welding your jewelry. There is no suspected risk; however, all customers will be required to wear safety goggles during the linking application. Your stylist will add a protective barrier between your skin and new jewelry piece during the application for safety. Please note that all customers will be required to sign a consent and awareness of policies form.
If you have any allergies to silver, gold, or have a pacemaker, permanent jewelry is not recommended. If you have a medical appointment requiring you to remove the jewelry, you can safely do so by cutting the piece at the jump ring (as shown during application). This allows the piece to remain preserved for reuse/reapplication.
Since all pieces are custom fit and cut just for you, all sales are final. In the event you decide permanent jewelry is no longer the right fit for you, please cut it off at the welded jump ring and preserve the chain! We do offer the option to come in and change the location (if applicable) or to add a clasp! If you are no longer local, you can mail it to us, and we can send it back to you (shipping paid by the customer).
We require a $25 non-refundable deposit to reserve studio time just for you. We understand life happens; thus, you can reschedule without losing your deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, you will forfeit your deposit. All deposits go towards your service at check out.
Yes, permanent jewelry is water resistant and suitable for daily activities, including showering and swimming. We only purchase high quality materials from reputable suppliers.

Disclaimer, when exposed to certain harsh chemicals certain metals can break down or tarnish at a faster rate. Example: public hot tubs (chlorine)/ cold pools, sulfur in the local water and body ph changes that are affected by hormones. These are factors that neither us or our customer can control.
Unlike traditional jewelry that may have clasps, our permanent jewelry is crafted without clasps, offering a seamless, comfortable, and hassle-free wearing experience.
